This is one of the slowest dispensaries you can visit. If you enter an order online and don’t receive an express pick up email. Don’t go pick up your order, cause the wait will kill you. It’s like they’re actually picking out buds in the back room, and packing flower at a very slow pace. I asked the receptionist if they were growing the flower that I’m picking up. Horrible. I think they need more employees.

This was my first time at this location,and the wait there was miserable. They only had 1 person in the back and you had those customers that love to talk forever making other people wait. I was in the area and needed to pick up an order I had already placed and still waited over 35 minutes... a few people left, but I waited it out. Luckily once I got back there I was in and out, but I probably won't be back due to the inconvenience of waiting when there's no workers.

Arthur Boudman provided the absolute best customer service I have ever received in any Trulieve location. Not only did he go out of his way when corporate messed up holding my order, but went back three times, with the up most patience and respect to get me the proper batch with the terpenes I wanted. Thank you Arthur, for taking such good care of me and not rushing through our transaction even with a waitlist.

They have a great selection. Do your research. Know what experience want from the product. They definitely have the best Quality high end flower. Khalifa, Cultivar are both very well grown flowers. Buds are so sticky. They look and smell beautiful. Look around and take the time to learn about it all and the benefits of every individual product.

Thank you Tyler for making my day! I was a hot mess until I saw you and your smiling face and beautiful demeanor. Keep that smile! As an update (10.17.23), Arthur Boudman has done a great job with this location. I have witnessed Arthur run outside to make sure customers are not overlooked when their name is called. With the same dedication and long hours in a thankless position, Arthur continues to go above and beyond beyond to correct the wrong and keep the customers smiling. I am updating this review because it is in this customer’s humble opinion that Arthur really should be in a corporate position with Trulieve because his talents are definitely overlooked in-store. Thank you.

Worst dispensary experience ever. I had 5 people that arrived after me, get called in before me, even when I had a pick up order.....doesn't make sense. Will never come back to this location. Update....the girl that checked me out was so sweet, and made my experience go from a 1 star to 4 star just because of her, wish I knew her name. She was incredibly kind!

By far my favorite dispensary in South Florida in terms of quality. They carry the best products/brands in the area! This was my 3rd stop - and I haven’t needed to go anywhere else since. Highly recommend

Lately they don't let you know when your order is ready. If they run out of what you order, they give you something else without you. This is the only location I've ever had a problem with. When you do order ahead, and you go inside for a pickup, you end up sitting there for 45 minutes. The walk-ins going ahead of you
